NSPE Deputy Executive Director and General Counsel Arthur Schwartz will examine a series of cases involving building of a village road, the design and construction of a house in a flood zone, serving as a chairman of a homeowner’s association, use of a former public employee and other issues.  Polling questions and opportunity for Q&A will allow opportunities for audience interaction.

 

Arthur Schwartz is the former deputy executive director and general counsel of the National Society of Professional Engineers, and he also served as the executive director of the National Academy of Forensic Engineers, an NSPE affinity group, and DiscoverE Corporate Secretary.
