The Proposal is the form issued by Owner to the short-listed Proposers and used by them to submit pricing commitments for furnishing CMAR Services and specified elements of the Work. The submitted Proposals provide the Owner and Owner’s Advisor with the basis for conducting a comparison of proposed prices during the CMAR selection process; subsequently, the contents of the Proposal submitted by the successful Proposer becomes the basis for the CMAR compensation provisions in the Agreement.
