This document is used by the Owner to request that the short-listed CMAR candidates (Proposers) prepare and submit price-focused Proposals using the forms furnished by Owner for that purpose. The Request for Proposals provides instructions to the Proposers on preparation of the Proposal, requirements, and deadline for submitting the Proposal, and explanation of the price information to be provided for comparison with other Proposers. This document can also provide a structured approach for obtaining cost information from a CMAR that has already been selected based solely on qualifications.
