The Work Authorization is a form used to authorize Work Packages in accordance with the Agreement between Owner and Construction Manager at Risk. Each Work Authorization details what is to be purchased or constructed (the Work Package), how and how much the CMAR will be paid for completion of the authorized Work, and when the authorized Work is to be completed. Each fully executed Work Authorization is a Contract Document that is essential to the scope of the Work, CMAR’s compensation, and the time for completion.
