EJCDC® CMA‑626, Notice of Acceptability of Work is used by the Construction Manager to notify the Owner and the Contractor that Engineer and Construction Manager have determined that the Work is acceptable, and Construction Manager recommends that Owner make final payment to Contractor. The Notice is expressly subject to several conditions regarding the limitations of Engineer’s and Construction Manager’s review and determinations (2021).
