The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is a form intended to be distributed to prospective Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) candidates for their use in responding to the Request for Qualifications. The CMAR candidates will use the SOQ form to prepare a completed Statement of Qualifications to demonstrate that they meet the minimum requirements to qualify for the Project and provide evidence of their qualifications based on CMAR selection criteria set forth in the Request for Qualifications. This structure allows Owner to make a direct comparison of qualifications to select the CMAR or create a short list of candidates that will be requested to submit a price proposal.
