The Request for Qualifications is a standard form used to request prospective Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) candidates to submit a Statement of Qualifications as part of the process to select the Construction Manager at Risk for the CMAR Contract. The CMAR candidates will respond to this Request for Qualifications by submitting a Statement of Qualifications prepared using the forms and guidelines included in the SOQ document.
