Bio:Tim Marshall is a senior engineer and meteorologist with Haag Engineering Company where he specializes in assessing storm damage to structures. Tim graduated Texas Tech University in 1980 (meteorology) and 1983 (civil engineering) and has worked at Haag ever since. During the past 30+ years, Tim has published about 100 papers mostly on evaluating storm damage. He currently serves as sub-chair on the ASCE subcommittee: Wind Speed Estimation on Tornadoes.
