Judge Dave Flanagan
Judge Flanagan graduated from the Missouri School of Mines, Rolla, Missouri, BSCE, 1967. He served as the Diving Officer, underwater construction, in US Navy Amphibious Construction Battallion One, 1969-1971, He earned his PE registration in Wisconsin, 1972. He served as a trial attorney for the Wisconsin Attorney General, 1975-1999, with a focus on construction litigation, products liability and medical m alpractice. He served as a circuit court judge in Dane County, Wisconsin, 1999-2016.
